We are happy to announce that the company is currently seeking for a successful candidate that will join their large team in the position of a Financial Products Analyst based in Nicosia.

Key objectives of the role and responsibilities:
- Ensure that clients have access to up-to-date market and pricing information;
- Obtain pricing from Liquidity providers;
- Monitor the functioning of all trading systems and platforms;
- Monitor spreads and their competitiveness on a daily basis;
- Supervise and maintain the costs related to the tradable instruments (swaps, commissions, spreads etc.) in line with the market standards;
- Perform competitive analysis on all products and highlighting potential improvements;
- Accountable for analyzing and preparing for new products;
- Keep up to date with market information and monitor trends in all instruments with emphasis on news announcements, earnings releases, and corporate actions;
- Update and support colleagues from other departments as necessary.
Required experience and main characteristics of our preferred candidate:
- University / College graduate in Finance, Economics or equivalent;
- 1 year experience in either a financial institution or brokerage firm;
- CFA qualification or studying towards CFA will be considered an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Financial Markets with emphasis on FX, Equities, and Futures;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Capable of working under pressure;
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills;
- An individual with exquisite verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
- Working knowledge of different trading platforms (MT4, MT5) is considered an advantage.
