We're looking for superstar Head of Sales who can lead our digital sales department and sales strategy work with the growing product team (advertising on facebook for customers).
Role & area of responsibilities:
- Design and execute an effective sales strategy for developing business
- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings
- Reviewing market analyses, determine customer needs, sales volume potential, and pricing
- Self-generate new sales opportunities, consistently analyse market trends, seeking out new leads and potential markets
- Supervise the execution of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads, to coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development, negotiating and closing
- Manage relationship with affiliate agencies, networks and exclusive resellers
- Manage the international sales team, providing leadership, coaching and counselling
- Attend international shows to maximize networking opportunities

Requirements:
- 3+ years with sales leadership experience in social media, billing, online entertainment, affiliatesâ, social gaming or other internet advertising experience;Â
- Good analytical and strategic planning skills. A strategist who understands the significance of sales success and implements frameworks to act as âtrusted advisorâ to customers
- Enjoy the challenge of building new businesses, particularly building the talent and the team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling teamwork and clear communications
- Good presentation and proposal writing skills are therefore essential
- Requires travel to meet clients in Europe, America, CIS and Asia
- Fluent level of English (native is preferable)
