Hello Group is looking to hire a new Affiliate Manager in order to recruit affiliates, clients and IB's, support existing partnerships and ensure that all affiliate marketing is in line with the brand strategy.
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for monitoring trends and reporting results with KPI reporting, for both affiliates and company directors, and providing a continual flow of feedback in an effort to optimise our hosted offer landing pages and creative materials. They will manage partner needs including deal negotiations, reporting, tracking, offer setup and general client support.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for budgets, setting campaign timelines and business strategies for the department. They must work on finding new websites, email marketing firms and other online resources that are willing to feature the company's brands.
The goal is to keep as many active customers as possible by creating new and 'fresh' campaigns for affiliates, while providing incentive packages to top performing clients and offering bonuses based on a variety of performance-based initiatives.
The successful candidate will attend shows that focus on the Forex and Binary industries.
The ideally candidate should have experience as a Media Buyer.
