Our Company based in Limassol is looking for a Russian Customer Support to join the team.

The successful candidate will be expected to do the following duties:
• You will have to support our partners in the Moscow offices
• Follow up on emails and requests
• Be the front of the Russian support office, and provide outstanding customer service
• Retention existing business
• Proactive mind-set - Stay informed about the financial markets in order to spot trends and establish credibility with our clients

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven ability to build and maintain solid client relationships
• Languages required: Russian and English
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
