Our client is operating in the Financial Services sector and they are in the process of obtaining the CYSEC license.

On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit for a Russian Speaking Customer Support Officer.

Location: Nicosia
Budget: €10560 per year to start with, and an early salary review

Job Description

• Receive full training on the company’s financial instruments
• Provide online support to clients via email, live chat and telephone
• Divert clients to the correct department in case the queries are not relevant to your department

Requirements:

• Native Russian Speaker and Fluent in English
• College Diploma or University Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Administration
• Excellent Communicating Skills
• Very Good IT skills
