for a licensed company in the Trading and Investments industry,
Backoffice employee is required to:
· Execute as per company internal operations and tasks, manual due diligence and Know Your Client procedures to verify client identification;
· Assist and coordinate with sales/retention/support teams of the company's client.
· Maintain records in relation to clients’ transactions;
· Amend existing Client and their representatives for any issue/query.
· preparing customer balances and reconciling accordingly
· Process all types of transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers in liaison with Company’s regulations and policies
· Respond to client requests and inquiries related to their funding activity or documents required via email
· Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and updated in the Company’s software
· Conduct on-going monitoring for high risk clients
· Assist internally all departments with any issues related to account opening procedure
· Duties and responsibilities may from time to time change and be reasonably determined by the Board of Directors.
Support duties include:
support and maintain existing CRM systems and Trading platforms, following up with 3rd party providers and making sure the company's activity is not harmed.
Assis sales/retention/support teams of the company's client via several channels.
follow up on procedures / create new procedures following a completed new task.
excellent English Speaking + writing
Multi-tasking and organized work
Advantages :
Experience of at leats 1 Year in Backoffice position + Experience in Computers and online systems
Bachelor degree with basic skills in Mathematics and Microsoft Office.
