Job Description

We are a CySEC licensed forex broker looking to recruit a dynamic individual to join our growing team of Customer Delight Specialists. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude and is eager to learn and provide industry-leading customer support. You would be joining the Cyprus branch of a well-established global group of companies with over 10 years of history in servicing the financial markets

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners, delighting them with the highest level of service and support

Provide prospective and existing clients with any information they need about the company’s products and services, and assist in account opening

Train clients on the company’s trading systems and discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear manner

Deal directly with clients via the phone, live chat, email and other social networks

Monitor day-to-day activities of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive experience

Listen so as to truly understand, investigate and respond promptly to client enquiries, resolving them satisfactorily

Manage our digital handles for promoting company products on social channels as required

Be familiar with client onboarding and Know-Your-Client processes, and assist Back Office with follow-ups on KYC documentation

Full training as well as ongoing one-on-one coaching will be provided

Required Qualifications

University or College degree

Other Requirements

Fluent knowledge of English and at least another one of the following languages: Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, French, Czech or Arabic+French

Previous experience in the Forex industry or in trading fx is a plus

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn and professionally grow

The ability to work efficiently, under pressure and within deadlines

The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and on own initiative as well as in a team

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
