Our client is a well established firm dealing with the sale of graphical and packaging Grades of Paper and located in the central business area of Limassol are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Front-Desk Administrator
Responsibilities:
Answering all incoming calls, redirecting them when necessary, and taking messages
Welcoming and greeting all visitors, and scheduling meetings
Maintaining proper filing systems, and performing other general administrative tasks.
Working closely with the other members of our team to assist in the smooth running of our business.
Supporting the Customer Support team when required
Running errands (i.e. going to the bank to collect or pick-up documents, or going to the Chamber of Commerce to drop off invoices to be certified)
Working closely with our Director to assist in the day-to-day running of the business
Ordering all office supplies, maintaining the photocopying/fax machines, and arranging for their repair when necessary
Photocopying and distributing documents as required and in a timely manner
Requirements:
Fluency in English is imperative (both written and spoken).
Experience in an administrative or secretarial role would be seen as an advantage
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and plenty of initiative.
A hard-working individual who is willing to take on any new challenges, and learn new things.
Ability to follow instructions, and take direction.
First-rate knowledge of Microsoft Office; in particular word processing and spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Salary from 1000 – 1500 Euros gross based on experience
