Job Description:
Strong knowledge of Configure and Administer Microsoft Exchange servers 2013/2016, IIS, ECP, Power Schell, Exchange. Management shell & VB Scripting technologies & management tools
Configure and Administer Windows Servers (2012/2016) Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, SMB and related services
Configure Windows Group Policy Management
Configure and Administer backup and recovery services
Monitor performance/maintain systems according to requirements
Manage windows servers and technology tools
Configure and Administer VMware ESXI servers, Management tools & console
Configure and Administer server's hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, Setup, Support and Maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Messaging Infrastructure
Proactive Monitoring of Microsoft Exchange Messaging Infrastructure
Troubleshooting and resolve issues reported by either Internal Users or Customers related to Microsoft Exchange Messaging Infrastructure
Actively respond to incidents and requests
Support of on-going operations
Be part of a team to administration and maintain the corporate Systems Infrastructure
Technical Skills:
Understanding of Microsoft Windows Servers Operating Systems (Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/NPS)Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Messaging Infrastructure.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
A Master's degree in an IT related field will be considered an advantage
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Prioritizing and multitasking skills
Desire to work in a team
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in both written and oral English
Previous experience in a similar position.
