Job Description

Our Client is a well-established investment firm within the FX industry and they are currently looking for a Node JavaScript Developer. The successful candidate should have 3 years hands-on experience working with NodeJS. with a degree in Information Technology.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver several advanced and complex related projects
• Respond, investigate and resolve various incidents related to different systems
• Conduct industry research and provide recommendations for emerging trends
• Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and deliver within a dynamic set of objectives and requirements.

Requirements

• BSc in Information Technology or business-related field
• 3 years hands-on experience working with NodeJS
• Experience with unit, functional and integrations tests
• Solid experience with relational databases
• Ability to write highly efficient, well-structured and maintainable code
• Good understanding of OOP and SOLID
• Previous experience in Forex or Financial Services industry or similar IT fields is an advantage
• Experience with Typescript is an advantage
• Experience with other programming languages, micro services, event-oriented architecture is an advantage
• Team player with a proactive position
